As a new mom, and busy professional, our founder deeply understands how challenging it can be to carve out time for movement and self-care in the midst of a hectic day, and how it can affect one's mental health. That’s why Mara Body was born - to complement, enhance and elevate your workout space, time & experience, help create and maintain consistency, and inspire to add movement, stretching & self-nurturing time to your day:
