Use & Care

Place your yoga mat:
  • by your bed - for that first delicious stretch in the morning and wind down meditation before bed.
  •  in front of your tv -  for a side plank while watching your favourite show.
  •  by computer desk - for a yoga flow between calls or stress relief breath work.
  •  in the bathroom - for a deep stretch before aroma bath.
  •  in kids room - to play while doing crunches.
  • wherever you want it to be for whenever you need it.

How to use your yoga mat:

  • Use it just as is, and as you sweat your mat will produce extra grip.

Or

  • Spray a touch of water over the top of your mat to enhance grip before your practice.

 After use cleaning options:

  •  Spritz water (can be mixed with a drop of tea tree oil) and wipe with cloth.
  •  Lint roll.
  •  Vacuum.
  •  Delicate machine wash program + cold water. Hang to air dry, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Avoid using bleach and softeners.
PLEASE NOTE:

Your mat may show marks after sessions due to the nature of materials of your mat. This is not due to a fault of the product, and does not affect durability and grip of your mat. These marks are a map of your fitness and wellness journey, embrace it and be proud of yourself :)

We do our best to ensure that each mat is of a highest quality with no defects, but mistakes can happen. If you found a defect on your mat, please contact us: hello@marabody.com for assistance.

The colour of your mat may appear slightly different then the colour of your screen/ monitor. We do our best to post photos and videos with edits of the mats as realistic as possible.

WEAR AND TEAR:

We use super eco-friendly materials, therefore you may experience a little wear and tear of your mat after some period of use:

  • The rubber is biodegradable, it will gradually harden in the natural environment. The biodegradation process is quicker in case of sun and water exposure.
  • Microfibre suede is fastened to the rubber using heat and pressure ( better for the environment than using glue ), but it does mean that the strength of the fastening may not be as tight as glue.
  • Please follow our care instructions and your mat will last long.
