RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind about an Order, so please choose carefully.
- If you received a faulty or damaged product, please email us at hello@marabody.com with details of your Order and photo of the faulty/ damaged part. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
Please note that your mat may show marks after practice. Some of these marks may not completely disappear after you clean your mat, however, this is not due to a fault of the product. Please note that these marks will not affect the grip or durability of your mat. Remember that your mat is your safe space and meant to be loved regardless of which stage of the journey you are on.
- MARA BODY will not be liable for any damage due to fair wear and tear, product misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
